Summary
If you're looking to enter the workforce as a mason without going through an entire degree program, this short-term course is a great choice. It will introduce you to the knowledge and skills needed to enter and excel in the masonry field. The 197.5 clock hour course is broken down into topics including: introduction to masonry, masonry safety, masonry tools and equipment, mortar, masonry units and installation techniques, and measurements, drawings, and specifications. Upon successful completion, students will obtain NCCER Core and NCCER Masonry Level 1 certification.
