Summer Auto Skills Camp is a hands-on day camp where students learn the basics of car care in a fun, safe shop-style environment. Campers will practice real-world skills like checking and topping off fluids, changing oil (demo and guided practice), inspecting tires, and safely changing a flat. Along the way, they’ll learn tool safety, how to read a dashboard, what common warning lights mean, and simple maintenance tips that build confidence and independence. No experience needed—just curiosity and a willingness to get your hands a little dirty. Open to rising 6th through 8th graders. Camp registration deadline is May 1, 2026. After May 1, 2026 any new campers (or campers moved off the waitlist) are not guaranteed a camp t-shirt.
